Is it possible to track my order?
You can keep an eye on the progress of your order for all deliveries thanks to the tracking link sent in the dispatch email of your package.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
As we are shipping from France, it is possible that you will have customs fees to pay when you’ll receive your order at home depending on your location. We recommend you check with your country’s customs policies for shipment from France/European Union. Any additional customs fees are not included in the shipping fees we ask at the checkout.

What if the status of my order is still “in progress”?
The status “In process” means that we are preparing your order.

Once the order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link (if it was sent with a trackable service).

Please note, in the event of an increase in activity, this status may remain displayed a little longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure that your orders arrive on time, which is why the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation email takes into account the necessary preparation time.

Has my order been sent?
The expected delivery date of your order is indicated in your confirmation email. Please wait until this date to receive your package. You can track the delivery of your package. To do this, simply click on the link received in the email informing you about the shipment of your order. If the status of your order indicates “Tracking”, simply click on the link to track your package.

Is it possible to change my order?
We pack orders very quickly which means we cannot make changes once they have been confirmed. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery option, the delivery address or the method chosen for payment.

How to return an item?
We invite you to review our refund policy here to find out if your item is eligible for a return.
In the case of an eligible product and within 14 days of ordering, you can contact us at the following address: contact@moyoni.fr. We will meet in contact with you and will tell you the procedure for a possible return. Unfortunately we do not pay for returns, so shipping costs will be at your expense. Once we have received your order and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and you will be refunded.
